Hello
My name is Erika Chaker. I am a devoted parent to two beautiful children Jett (12) & Levi (10) and devoted partner to Martin, a local high school landscape design and architecture teacher. I am a thoughtful and dedicated friend to many as well as a helper, healer, guide, deep listener, and forever student. I am so honored that you have been led to The Sacred Moon Room in beautiful Encinitas and I look forward to practicing yoga with you, offering you a Reiki session, or sitting in circle with you very soon.

My Story
About 15 years ago I began a beautiful journey of self-discovery and cracking myself wide open to get closer to my truth and the core of who I really am. That journey has been painful at times, enlightening, humbling, and empowering, and has led me here to this precious moment in time that I am so grateful for. I have never felt more authentic, embodied, courageous, more loved and able to give love unconditionally, and more worthy of all these things.
I created The Sacred Moon Room for us to come together where we can shed our layers of protection and just feel safe to be seen, held and adored for who we truly are. I realize how important this is, now more than ever, through the sacred wisdom that has been shared with me as well as my own life lessons. There is such value and a need for us to balance the doing, achieving, and accomplishing with the being - just pausing, embracing stillness and creating time for rest and healing. The Sacred Moon Room is this place for you to rest and heal.
Through my journey I am also honored to realize and embrace that one of my gifts is holding space for others so their inner healer can awaken. Through my offerings of gentle yoga, Reiki energy healing, and facilitating healing circles, I hope to be that for you. Someone who is here to hold you as you unfold, drop in to your inner world, access that pure, loving space within your heart, and heal.
