Intuitive Healing Session

Description

For a deeply healing and restorative experience both emotionally and physically, a private Intuitive Healing session may be the perfect choice. Sessions begin with a body scan to quiet the mind and listen within, noticing sounds, images, colors, and sensations. From that insight I will guide you into supportive & restorative yoga postures where I will first offer gentle massage and Reiki energy healing and then guide you through a simple yet powerful sacred heart-centered dialogue to awaken your soul's wisdom. Other beautiful healing modalities such as sound therapy and aromatherapy will also be shared. Every session is unique and flows organically because it is led by what arises for you in the moment; what inner wisdom within the sacred space of your heart wants to be heard, understood, released, and ultimately healed.
